All our embroidery is done in our workshop in Marseille.

It depends on the design: some embroidery is done by hand, some by machine, sometimes a mix of both. This is specified on the product pages.

The lead time varies depending on the production load, but allow 2 to 5 working days for dispatch, then 2 to 3 days for delivery via La Poste.

Yes, it is! But we embroider each piece to order and don't keep stock, so exchanges incur a cost. Please double-check your size before ordering.

Yes! We have embroiderers in Paris, Marseille and Lyon and we can travel anywhere in France and internationally for your events (train and/or hotel expenses to be covered).

We set our prices at an hourly rate. The price depends on the location, the time of day, and the number of embroiderers you require (which in turn depends on the number of embroideries to be completed).

We have come up with around fifty small designs and personalization options for our embroidery workshops: heart, astrological sign, initials, first name, wine glass, sun, etc.

We can customize it according to your art direction, your desires, or the theme of your event.

We come with our embroidery equipment (flash board, threads, scissors, hoops etc).

On site, we need a table, chairs and proximity to a power outlet.

Our embroiderer typically sits at her table with her equipment and embroidery board. Guests or clients take turns choosing their design and thread color. Our embroiderer then embroiders it in 5 minutes on the fabric provided by the brand and hands it to the guest.

Approximately 5 minutes. Our flash designs are designed to be quick to embroider so that all guests or customers can receive their embroidery during the event.

Almost everything! We have 100% cotton unisex t-shirts and sweatshirts, as well as caps, available for you.
