From Paris to Marseille, Studio Francosse is becoming indispensable
Thanks to the installation in its workshop in Paris and the hiring of a small team, Studio Francosse is growing, developing its know-how, creating its own lines of clothing made in France, imagining ever more embroideries and universes, developing B2B and its services, attracting more customers, integrating the Department Stores (Printemps Haussmann, BHV and Bon Marché) and even signing a global collaboration with Uniqlo.
Now based in Marseille, guided by a need to return to my roots (the south, the sun, creation), I am developing Studio Francosse and its collections with more passion, ambition and poetry than ever.
I am proud to be able to offer you a sunny, cheeky and liberated embroidered wardrobe, with clothes and accessories made and embroidered in France in the image of my values and your desires.
The construction of a universe
Francosse grows by trial and error, and develops through the creation of new collections, collaborations, and product diversification.
The whole world inspires me, especially my travels, landscapes, the south, the sea, colours, elements and symbols. Embroidering female bodies comes naturally to me, driven by my admiration for women, their beauty, their strength, and by my feminist upbringing (thank you, Mom).
I have always had something to say, a cause to defend, a reason to be indignant. So, I want Francosse to embody my feminist values through my passion, embroidery.
By placing the female body—naked, beautiful, and unique—at the heart of my brand, I want to showcase the strength that emanates from it. And in doing so, encourage self-love and the liberation of that body.
The founder
My name is Jeanne, I'm 30 years old, and I now live in Marseille after 10 years in Paris. In 2020, I founded Studio Francosse, the brand of my dreams, which I am developing with passion and ambition, to offer you a sunny, irreverent, and liberated embroidered wardrobe.
Upon my return to France, encouraged by my family and friends, I embarked on creating my first embroidered t-shirts in collaboration with the Pappagallo restaurant. Francosse was born.
A nomad at heart, I've barely launched my shop before I'm back on the road, embroidering orders received between campsites, long car journeys, from mountain peaks to sandy beaches. Travel is a true source of inspiration for me, enriching my creativity.
Our History
The embroidered clothing brand Studio Francosse was born from chance. It all began in February 2020, when I discovered embroidery. After a difficult event, it became a way to channel my emotions. Eager for adventure, I flew to South America. Traveling the Latin American roads, the journey was finally interrupted in a hostel in Chile by the lockdown. I then embroidered relentlessly, inspired by so much that was new.
Hand embroidery requires patience, meticulousness, and creativity. To embroider is to produce something unique, something never exactly the same twice. It is above all to create something with your own hands, with passion, and especially with love.

Francosse signs her embroideries by drawing inspiration from the sea, the sun, the little pleasures of life, and by defending a free and confident femininity.
All our embroideries are made in our workshop in Marseille, by hand or by machine.
Hand embroidery is a delicate art that brings designs to life on raised textiles. Long considered a constraint for women, since 2020 it has been, for me, a form of emancipation through the creation of modern and feminist designs.
We develop and design 80% of our clothing and accessory collections in-house, and we have them produced in small workshops in France (Paris, Marseille) and in a family factory in Portugal (Porto), in limited series.
Our approach is part of a more responsible and sustainable fashion: creating less, but better, offering pieces that you keep for a long time, and valuing know-how and attention to detail.
At Studio Francosse, with personalized embroidery we transform a garment into a unique gift designed especially for the person who receives it, and your ideas into reality (even the most daring ones!).
Each piece is carefully hand-embroidered in Marseille to create a lasting and meaningful keepsake. A photo, a name, a date, a sweet message: we work together to create the perfect personalized garment.

Francosse supports professionals through a comprehensive range of tailor-made services dedicated to embroidery and textile creation.
We design embroidery animations for events, shops or brand launches, as well as creative workshops designed as truly sensory and participatory experiences.
Our workshop also produces custom embroidery in medium and large quantities, tailored to the specific needs of companies, institutions or special projects, always with particular attention to quality, finishes and meaning.
Finally, we also offer our collections wholesale, and are eager to discover new boutiques and concept stores to collaborate with, to promote the world of Studio Francosse in France and internationally.
