DescriptionHow do I order my Francosse gift card?
Select the amount you want, add it to your cart, and write me the name of the person you're giving it to in a short message when you place your order! Once your order is confirmed, I'll send you an email with your printable gift card! It will contain the recipient's name, the amount you chose, and a unique code that they can use to place orders in the shop.
How to give it as a gift?
You can print it (in color!!), put it in a pretty envelope with a note and slip it under the Christmas tree!
How do I use it?
The person who owns the gift card can then order whatever they want from the Francosse store, up to the amount indicated on the card. They simply need to send me an email with their special code and the gift they would like to receive!
Will the gift card owner be able to request personalization?
Yes, absolutely, if the amount allows it!

• Turn the garment inside out before washing
• Avoid the tumble dryer
• Do not iron directly over the embroidery (or only very quickly) ✨
Each order is prepared with care: tissue paper, stickers, a small card and a cardboard box that fits in the mailbox, like a gift 🎁

The lead time varies depending on the production load, but allow 2 to 5 working days for dispatch, then 2 to 3 days for delivery via La Poste.
In case of emergency, specify it in the order note, we will do our best to deliver quickly.
