Interview

To wash your cap, turn it inside out to protect the embroidery and machine wash it at a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius, without mixing it with other colors. Important: Do not tumble dry! Do not bleach.

This embroidered cap is always packaged in a Francosse gift box, because you deserve to treat yourself.

All caps are embroidered to order. We ship within 2 to 5 business days, and you will receive your order via tracked letter or Colissimo, with La Poste (the French postal service). We ship worldwide.

You can also collect your order free of charge from our workshop in Marseille 13006.

Je n’arrive pas à imaginer le rendu de ma broderie personnalisée, comment faire ?

Pas d’inquiétude ! Envoyez-nous un mail avec vos idées ou vos photos, on vous aidera à visualiser le rendu et à faire les bons choix. On a l’habitude de repérer ce qui rend le mieux en broderie ✨

Comment choisir la taille de mon t-shirt et de mon sweat ?

Nos t-shirts sont unisexes et taillent plutôt grand pour les femmes. ➡ Si vous n’aimez pas l’effet oversize, prenez une taille en dessous. ➡ Pour les hommes, prenez votre taille habituelle. Nos sweats ont une coupe féminine légèrement courte et oversize. Prenez votre taille habituelle.

Où est fabriquée ma broderie personnalisée ?

Ma commande personnalisée est-elle échangeable ou remboursable ?

Non, les articles personnalisés sont faits sur mesure pour vous et ne peuvent pas être revendus. C’est ce qui les rend uniques 💛

Quand vais-je recevoir ma commande ?

Les créations personnalisées demandent un peu de temps 💫 Le délai varie selon la charge de production, mais comptez 2 à 5 jours ouvrés pour l’expédition, puis 2 à 3 jours de livraison via La Poste. En cas d’urgence, précisez-le dans la note de commande, on fera au mieux pour vous livrer rapidement.
