Size & Fit

Our embroidered socks are one size fits all, but stretchy to fit your feet (max 42).

Interview

To wash your socks, turn them inside out to protect the embroidery and machine wash them at a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius, without mixing them with other colors. Important: Do not tumble dry! Do not bleach.

Delivery

These embroidered socks are always packaged in a Francosse gift box, because you deserve to treat yourself.

All socks are embroidered to order. We ship within 2 to 5 business days, and you will receive your order via tracked letter or Colissimo, with La Poste (the French postal service). We ship worldwide.

You can also collect your order free of charge from our workshop in Marseille 13006.

If you have a specific deadline, please include a short note with your order specifying it; we will surely be able to do something for you!

Où sont réalisées vos broderies ?

Toutes nos broderies sont réalisées dans notre atelier à Marseille.

La broderie résiste-t-elle au lavage ? Comment laver mes vêtements brodés Studio Francosse ?

Oui, parfaitement — à condition de suivre les conseils d’entretien. • Lavez à 30°C en machine • Retournez le vêtement avant lavage • Évitez le sèche-linge • Ne repassez pas directement sur la broderie (ou très rapidement)

Comment est emballée ma commande ?

Chaque commande est préparée avec soin : papier de soie, stickers, petite carte et boîte en carton qui passe dans la boîte aux lettres, comme un cadeau 🎁

Quand vais-je recevoir ma commande ?

Les créations personnalisées demandent un peu de temps 💫 Le délai varie selon la charge de production, mais comptez 2 à 5 jours ouvrés pour l’expédition, puis 2 à 3 jours de livraison via La Poste. En cas d’urgence, précisez-le dans la note de commande, on fera au mieux pour vous livrer rapidement.
