Size & Fit

Our unisex t-shirt's cut flatters all body types, for both women and men. Please note that they run large, so we recommend women order one size smaller than their usual size, unless they prefer an oversized fit.

For men, take your usual size.

Interview

This embroidered t-shirt holds up very well to machine washing.

You can turn it inside out to protect the embroidery, and machine wash it at 30 or 40 degrees Celsius, without mixing it with other colors. Important: do not tumble dry! Do not bleach.

Delivery

This embroidery kit is always packaged in a Francosse gift box, because you deserve to treat yourself.

We ship within 2 to 5 business days, and your order will be delivered via tracked letter or Colissimo, using La Poste (the French postal service). We ship worldwide.

You can also collect your order free of charge from our workshop in Marseille 13006.

If you have a specific deadline, please include a short note with your order specifying it; we will surely be able to do something for you!

Where are your embroideries made?

All our embroidery is done in our workshop in Marseille.

Does the embroidery withstand washing? How do I wash my StudioFrancosse embroidered accessories?

Yes, absolutely — provided you follow the care instructions.
• Machine wash at 30°C
• Turn the garment inside out before washing
• Avoid the tumble dryer
• Do not iron directly over the embroidery (or only very quickly) ✨

How is my order packaged?

Each order is prepared with care: tissue paper, stickers, a small card and a cardboard box that fits in the mailbox, like a gift 🎁

When will I receive my order?

Custom creations take a little time 💫
The lead time varies depending on the production load, but allow 2 to 5 working days for dispatch, then 2 to 3 days for delivery via La Poste.
In case of emergency, specify it in the order note, we will do our best to deliver quickly.

Is my personalized order exchangeable or refundable?

No, personalized items are custom-made for you and cannot be resold.
