Size & Fit

Our embroidered sweatshirt features a modern, women's cut. Order your usual size. It has a wide shoulder, a trendy batwing cut, and a cropped length that falls approximately at the hips for a perfect silhouette. If you prefer a slightly longer length, order one size up.

For men, you can order two sizes up. Please note, however, that the sweatshirt will still not be very long.

Interview

This embroidered sweatshirt holds up very well to machine washing.

You can machine wash it at 30 or 40 degrees, without mixing it with other colors. Important: do not tumble dry! Do not bleach.

Delivery

This embroidered sweatshirt is always carefully wrapped in tissue paper with its Studio Francosse sticker, because you deserve to treat yourself.

All our sweatshirts are embroidered to order. We ship within 2 to 5 business days, and your order will be delivered via Colissimo, the French postal service. We ship worldwide.

You can also collect your order free of charge from our workshop in Marseille 13006.

If you have a specific deadline, please include a short note with your order specifying it; we will surely be able to do something for you!

Comment choisir la taille de mon sweat ?

Nos sweats ont une coupe féminine, légèrement courte et oversize. Prenez votre taille habituelle si vous êtes une femme, et une voire deux tailles au dessus si vous êtes un homme.

Où sont réalisées vos broderies ?

Toutes nos broderies sont réalisées dans notre atelier à Marseille.

La broderie résiste-t-elle au lavage ? Comment laver mes vêtements brodés Studio Francosse ?

Oui, parfaitement — à condition de suivre les conseils d’entretien. • Lavez à 30°C en machine • Retournez le vêtement avant lavage • Évitez le sèche-linge • Ne repassez pas directement sur la broderie (ou très rapidement)

Quand vais-je recevoir ma commande ?

Les créations personnalisées demandent un peu de temps 💫 Le délai varie selon la charge de production, mais comptez 2 à 5 jours ouvrés pour l’expédition, puis 2 à 3 jours de livraison via La Poste. En cas d’urgence, précisez-le dans la note de commande, on fera au mieux pour vous livrer rapidement.

Comment effectuer un retour ?

Envoyez-nous un email à studiofrancosse@gmail.com en précisant la raison du retour. Nous vous communiquerons l’adresse de retour (frais à votre charge). Le remboursement est effectué sous 2 jours après réception du colis.
