Notre torchon est une taille unique, il fait 45x60cm.

Interview

Pour laver ton torchon, retourne le pour protéger la broderie et lave la à 30 degrés maximum à la machine, sans la mélanger à d’autres couleurs. Attention, pas de sèche linge ! Ne pas passer à la javel.

Delivery

Ce torchon brodé est toujours emballée dans une boîte cadeau Francosse, parce que vous méritez de vous faire plaisir.

Tous les foulards sont brodées à la commande. Nous l’expédions sous 2 à 5 jours ouvrés, et vous serez livré en lettre suivie ou colissimo, avec La Poste. Les livraisons sont assurées partout dans le monde.

Vous pouvez aussi retirer gratuitement votre commande à notre atelier, à Marseille 13006.

Where are your embroideries made?

All our embroidery is done in our workshop in Marseille.

Does the embroidery withstand washing? How do I wash my StudioFrancosse embroidered accessories?

Yes, absolutely — provided you follow the care instructions.
• Machine wash at 30°C
• Turn the garment inside out before washing
• Avoid the tumble dryer
• Do not iron directly over the embroidery (or only very quickly) ✨

How is my order packaged?

Each order is prepared with care: tissue paper, stickers, a small card and a cardboard box that fits in the mailbox, like a gift 🎁

When will I receive my order?

Custom creations take a little time 💫
The lead time varies depending on the production load, but allow 2 to 5 working days for dispatch, then 2 to 3 days for delivery via La Poste.
In case of emergency, specify it in the order note, we will do our best to deliver quickly.

Is my personalized order exchangeable or refundable?

No, personalized items are custom-made for you and cannot be resold.
